Colon Cleanse Detox Return Policy

Satisfaction guarantee:  We understand that people may be unsure of the results they will get from products they've never tried before.  Due to this valid concern, Colon Cleanse Detox offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products.  Our guarantee is unconditional.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange it or issue a refund of the full purchase price (less any shipping charges) upon receipt of the used or unused containers. 

Return Procedure:  The 30 day guarantee period starts 5 calendar days from the order date shown on your invoice.  Please call or e-mail us prior to returning your product for either a refund or exchange to receive a return authorization number (RMA#).  Please include the RMA # on the outside of the package being sent back. If you use an envelope to send the product back, usually the best place to put the number is on the back flap that is used to close the envelope. If you use a box, please place this number on at least three sides of the box. Any merchandise that is returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Please return any unused product in their appropriate containers whether opened or unopened.  Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for containers that are not returned.

We must receive your returned items within 14 days of issuing your RMA number for your refund/exchange to be processed.

Shipping charges are not refundable.  You are responsible for shipping the used and unused product containers back to us.  Refunds will be issued in the same manner as your original payment.  We will process your refund within 7 business days of the receipt of the returned product.

Items incorrectly shipped: If we inadvertently send you an incorrect item, we will gladly replace it with the item you originally ordered.  If items in your order were incorrectly shipped, call or e-mail us within 24 hours of receipt and we will ship a corrected order immediately and instruct you on how to return the incorrect item(s).

Damaged items: If your order is damaged during shipping, we will replace it.  If items in your order are damaged, call or e-mail us within 24 hours of receipt and we will ship a replacement and instruct you on how to return the damaged item(s).
